To adjust the playback volume of a lecture, use the slider control on the
control panel.

If
the volume is still not high enough, you may need to adjust the volume on
the computer itself. To do this, click on the small speaker icon located
in the
taskbar at the very bottom of the screen. You should now see something like
this.
If the mute box is ticked, first untick it by clicking on it. Now drag the
slider bar up until you can hear properly.
