Headnote
Again this is not a part of a case and so should not be relied upon. It is
useful in that it gives an indication of the story of the dispute and after
the word Held what the court decided. While you may find it useful in reading
the judgments in the case, the headnote should be treated with caution, as
it is not created by the judges but by the barrister who reports the case.
It is important that you read the judgments.
