The court decided that the statute of 1933 had not been contravened; the sale was effected under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Remember in appeal cases it is important to look behind decisions and determine the basis on which the decision was reached. Judges may agree as to the final outcome but may differ in their views as to why the outcome should be so.
